SHIPPING POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
To return your product, you should mail your product to:
420 Quarry Villas SE, Calgary, AB, T2C 5K1, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost incurred by The Curvy Shop for return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We offer complimentary shipping for exchanges only. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING UNCLAIMED OR CANCELLED PICK UP ORDERS:
Please note that when you place an order for pick up, it is removed from our inventory, then packed and prepared for you in advance. A confirmation email is sent out to advise you of the next possible pick-up dates. If an order is cancelled after being prepared for pick up or not picked up within 14 business days (unless other arrangements have been made), it will be cancelled and you will receive a credit for the amount of purchase, minus a $10.00 fee for processing, in the form of an emailed gift card.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PRE-ORDERS:
We are unable to refund cancelled or returned pre-orders. If the item is returned within our policy window above and meets all the conditions for return, we will provide you with a credit in the form of a gift card.
Shipping Policy:
The Curvy Shop accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for Canadian statutory holidays.
We offer shipping to Canada and the United States, in addition to free pick-up from our head office in Calgary, Alberta.
Within Canada, your order will be shipped via Canada Post within 4 business days following the order date. To the United States, orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx within 5 business days following the order date. You will receive a confirmation with tracking number after your order has shipped. Please note that Canada Post, USPS and FedEx do not pick-up or deliver on weekends or statutory holidays.
Please note that from time to time, our shipping standards change based on demand.
We observe the following statutory holidays in Alberta, Canada:

- Family Day (Alberta – 3 rd Monday in February)

- Heritage Day (Alberta – 1 st Monday in August)

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing, you must report the lost to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available or issue a gift card of equal value if stock is no longer available.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
PRE-ORDER INFORMATION:
If you have ordered more than one item and a portion of your order is on pre- or back-order status, service standards may be adjusted. If you wish to ensure your order is sent within our regular standards, please order pre- or back-ordered items separately.

We are unable to accommodate changes to your order at the time of pick up, so if you abandon the order at the time of pick up, we regard it as cancelled and your order will be refunded, minus the $10.00 re-stocking fee.
